At UrbanCartify, we aim to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience to our customers. Please read our policy carefully to understand how replacements and refunds are handled.

1. Replacement Eligibility

We only offer replacement in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The customer receives the wrong product

If your order falls under any of the above cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video showing the issue.

Once verified, we will initiate a replacement at no additional cost.

2. No Return for Change of Mind

We currently do not accept returns or replacements in the following situations:

  • The customer does not like the product
  • The product does not meet personal expectations
  • Ordering the wrong item by mistake
  • Minor color or design variations that may occur due to lighting or screen display

Please review the product description carefully before placing your order.

3. Replacement Process

To request a replacement, please email us at urbancartify256@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Name used while placing the order
  • Clear photos or a short video of the defective or wrong product

Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

Once approved, the replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days.

4. Items Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement requests may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Product is returned without original packaging

5. Refund Policy

Since UrbanCartify operates on a drop shipping model, we generally provide replacement instead of refunds.

Refunds will only be issued in rare situations where:

  • The replacement item is not available
  • The product cannot be delivered due to logistical issues

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
