5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may lead to:

UrbanCartify is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or logistics partners, but we will assist customers in tracking their orders.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

UrbanCartify follows a replacement-only policy in most cases.

Replacement is allowed only if:

  • The product received is defective
  • The wrong item has been delivered

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Product not meeting personal expectations
  • Ordering the wrong product

Refunds may be issued only in rare cases where replacement is not possible.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
